Why I Created This Brand

After having a melanoma removed in my thirties, I take sun protection seriously.

But in protecting my skin, I was tired of choosing between sun safety or style. Coverage or confidence. Practical or cool.

Why were we only being offered tight, clingy, triathlon-esque tops - or worse, frumpy cuts with floral prints that felt dated and Mumsy?

I wanted something that looked as cool as my favourite streetwear. Something I could wear from the beach to coffee. On a paddle board or at school pick up. From ocean swims to resort holidays.

So I built it. Now we're redefining what sun protection looks like.
