Refund policy

AUSTRALIA: (For INTERNATIONAL returns policy, see below)

We’re sure you’ll love our garments as much as we do. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase of any full priced garment (excluding SALE items - see below), we will:

  • refund the purchase price, no questions asked;
  • or, if you prefer, exchange size or style (subject to availability),

if your garment is posted back to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase in new and original condition - unworn and unmarked with original swing tags still attached. 

Within 14 days of receipt of purchase please:

  • Email us at hello@bigvibesday.com to let us know to expect your return (include your name or order number). No questions asked for return purposes, but providing your reason will be so appreciated to help us address this issue for next time - your feedback means a lot! 
  • Post your item along with details of your name or order number (via tracked post) to:

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do not refund shipping charges, duties or taxes, and we are not responsible for lost inbound packages. We will provide your refund against the original form of payment.

SALE ITEMS:

No refunds or returns for change of mind on sale items within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We are happy to exchange sizes of the same garment for sale items or issue store credit if a replacement isn't available.

REFUNDS ON ITEMS FORMING PARTS OF SETS OR BUNDLES:

If one item in a discounted set or bundle is returned, any refund will be adjusted so that the item retained by the customer is charged at its full, non-discounted price. Any refund issued will be the difference between the amount paid and the full price of the item kept. This means that the discount applied as part of the Set will no longer apply once the Set is broken by a return.

We’re sure you’ll love our garments as much as we do. We do not provide exchanges on orders placed outside of Australia. We recommend that you purchase your desired exchange garment as soon as possible (our small batch runs sell out quickly) and return your original garment to us for a full refund. This will also ensure you receive your desired garment more quickly.

Your original garment must be returned unworn, as new, with tags on.
