When you purchase from us, please note that you are solely liable for any such additional duties and taxes, and they are not included at checkout.

While we are not responsible for estimating the amount of duties and taxes your packaging may incur, the below information is intended to be indicative but may change or vary from time to time, and should not be taken as advice. We recommend that you check your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Hong Kong SAR:

• No import taxes on most goods

Japan:

• Japanese customs may apply 10% consumption tax and import duties on orders above approximately JPY 16,667. Orders below this threshold are generally exempt from duties and consumption tax. For orders at or above this threshold, charges may be collected before your package is released by Japanese Customs.

New Zealand:

• NZ Customs may apply 15% GST and duties to some imports.

Singapore:

• 9% GST and handling fees on imports over SGD$400 (combined value of items + shipping) may be collected by Singapore authorities before your garments are released from Singapore Customs. For most orders, this threshold won't be reached, but if you're placing a larger order it is worth bearing in mind.

South Korea:

• South Korean authorities may charge 10% VAT on imported goods. Customs duties may also apply depending on the order value, though small personal imports below approximately KRW 150,000 may be exempt. Orders above this threshold are likely to attract both duties and VAT before release by Korean Customs.

Taiwan:

• Taiwanese Customs may apply 5% VAT and import duties on orders above approximately TWD 2,000. Orders below this threshold are generally exempt. For orders above this value, duties and VAT may be collected by Taiwanese Customs before your package is released by Taiwanese Customs.

Currency thresholds are approximate and subject to change. We recommend checking your local customs authority's website for current rates before placing your order.

Many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. 

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Big Vibes Day is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you have selected Shipping Protection in your cart.

PRE-ORDERS:

When items are available for pre-order, they will be dispatched on or by date specified on the product page. Your entire order, including any other items purchased in the same order as the pre-order item, will be dispatched with the pre-order item.

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS - ALL COUNTRIES:

If a parcel is returned to sender (us) because:

1. duties or import taxes were not paid; or
2. the parcel was unclaimed; or
3. an incorrect address was provided,
   

you will be issued with Store Credit less the original shipping cost to us and less any fee we are charged by the shipping provider for returning the parcel to us (the latter may be around AUD$20).

We are not able to re-send a parcel that has been Returned to Sender. You may use your Store Credit to place a new order. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
